With the order of a service offered by us, we process the data provided by you for the conclusion and implementation of the corresponding contract with the respective provider. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. Due to legal requirements, the provider is obliged to send an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by you by e-mail when ordering via our website. Furthermore, we and the provider have legal recording and retention obligations when a contract is concluded. The legal basis for the corresponding processing is in each case Article 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR. We also process the data provided by you to detect and prevent fraud attempts based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. We aim to protect ourselves from fraudulent transactions. The data will be deleted if there is a legal obligation to do so with the expiry of the storage obligation, unless we are entitled to further processing (e.g. in a legal dispute). In other cases, we will delete the data if it is no longer necessary to prove the existence or non-existence of a claim.

For all payment options we offer, the respective provider is responsible for data protection. If data is transferred to the respective payment service provider for the execution of a contract with you (name, address, purchase price to be paid), this is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR so that the respective service provider has the data he needs to carry out the payment transaction and select the available payment methods. If the payment service provider transfers data concerning you to us, we also use it for the implementation of the corresponding contractual relationship with you. The legal basis is therefore also Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

If you create a customer account on our website, we process the data provided by you to set up and manage the customer account and to enable you to use the services we offer in connection with the customer account. In addition to the data you provided during setup, other data may be processed in connection with the use of the account, such as order history. The legal basis for the corresponding processing of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. We will send an email to the email address you provided during registration asking you to confirm your registration. We do this to prevent third parties from opening a customer account with misuse of your email address, for your protection and ours. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. This data related to the customer account will be stored until the customer account is deleted. If we are legally obliged to store it for a longer period (e.g. to fulfill accounting obligations or legally prescribed evidence), or if we are legally entitled to store it for a longer period (e.g. due to an ongoing legal dispute with the owner of a customer account), deletion will take place after the storage obligation or entitlement has expired.

If you use one of the contact options offered by us, we will process the data you provide to us for the purpose of processing your inquiry. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in processing your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. If your request is related to the conclusion of a contract with us, further legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
